All online orders are shipped via USPS priority mail shipping.
A confirmation email with your order number will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. (Please ensure to provide accurate & current email address during checkout)
After you have received your confirmation email. Please allow for 5-7 business days for your order to be processed & shipped out, we will then provide an additional email with all necessary tracking information for your order.
All products are handmade so we appreciate your patience and support!
Returns/Exchanges & Refunds
In the event you received a broken, damaged, or wrong product please contact us via email and we will replace the item(s) at no additional cost. If the item(s) are out of stock, limited edition, or discontinued we will be happy to issue you a refund to the card used during checkout.
Please allow us 5-10 business days to re-issue and ship out replaced items.
Please allow for 1-3 business days for refunds to reflect back in your account.
Undelivered or lost/missing packages may also be re-issued and re-delivered, please contact us via email if this so happens to be the case. (Please ensure to make a claim with your local United States postal services FIRST) we can not move forward with re-issuing your order with out a filed report!)
